This Blog Post is about info and articles I found on the effectiveness and the dangers of wearing a mask for long periods of time, as well as my personal opinions.
“Everyone rebreathes a small amount of their own CO2 with each breath, “Minh Quang Nghi, DO, of Texas Health Physicians Group, who was not associated with the study, told Healthline. “Exhaled air, although containing some CO2, still contains a good amount of breathable air.” He explained this is how rescue breathing is accomplished with CPR and that “a mask would not trap enough in the measured level of CO2 to cause a clinically significant change (poisoning).”
Older adults and people with certain health conditions have a higher risk for severe complications if they contract the virus.. These health conditions include:
- Serious heart conditions, such as heart failure, coronary artery disease, or cardiomyopathies
- Kidney disease
- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
- Obesity, which occurs in people with a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher
- Sickle cell disease
- A weekend immune system from a solid organ transplant
- Type 2 diabetes
Certain people shouldn’t wear face masks, including:
- Children under 2 years old
- People who have trouble breathing
- People who are unable to remove their own masks
Covid-19 associated with mental illness, study finds: about 20 percent of people with covid-19 later develop a new mental illness, according to new research. The study, published in The Lancet Psychiatry, found that common disorders experienced within 90 days of diagnosis by covid-19 survivors include anxiety, depression, and insomnia.
Health Impact News: I get these emails quite often and really enjoy reading them.
- Masks are “sterilized” with Ethylene Oxide– a known carcinogen. Many teachers in various school boards have been experiencing significant symptoms as a direct result of the effects of this chemical.
- The masks contain (not sprayed with) PTFE which makes up Teflon along with other chemicals. “Breathing these for extended periods can possibly lead to lung cancer.”
- These masks are meant to be worn for short periods, like say if you’re sanding a table for an hour and dont want to inhale sawdust.
- They dont do anything whatsoever to stop the spread of any virus, and the emerging science of virology now understands that viruses aren’t even passed person to person.
- Sounds incredible, but its the case that the virus is in the air, you breathe it in, theres no way to prevent that short of living in an oxygen tent, and if you have a strong immune system you’ll be fine, if you have a weak immune system you may have to deal with the effects of your immune system working to restore balance within your metabolism.
Do you have a strong immune system?
Some really great vitamins you can take to help boost it, especially in a time like this and with cold and flu season around the corner..
Vitamin C, Zinc, and our Vegan D.. and of course eating good, cutting out sugar or at least most of it. Lots of fruits and vegetables and getting good amounts of sleep as well as cutting down stress.

Re-breathing your own viral debris is dangerous to health, and the oxygen deprivation children suffer wearing such masks all day can possibly lead to brain damage.
Exposure to CO2 can produce a variety of health effects.
These may include headaches, dizziness, restlessness, a tingling or pins or needles feeling, difficulty breathing, sweating, tiredness, increased heart rate, elevated blood pressure, coma, asphyxia, and convulsions.
The lungs and respiratory system allow us to breathe. They bring oxygen into our bodies (called inspiration, or inhalation) and send carbon dioxide out (called expiration, or exhalation). This exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide is called respiration.
You may hear people saying that surgeons and nurses wear masks like this all day.. But actually they dont. They wear them in the OR, then dispose of the mask when they leave the room.
I personally think its a bad thing to force your child to wear a mask, i can see maybe if the parents are doing it as a protection to them but is it helping or is it causing future health damage.
Theres always two sides to a story, believe what you think is best. My son will be 4 in January and he wants to wear one because he sees all the designs they have and other kids wearing them as well. I won’t let him wear one and if he does its no longer than maybe 5 minutes.
I went to the mall one time (which seeing everyone walk around with a mask on is like the new normal.. and im not a fan. Its like before all this someone looks at you or you look at someone and you just smile well now you have to smile with your eyes because nobody can actually see you smile.
Anyways i had walked into one of my favorite stores and someone came up and asked me to put my mask up over my nose (i always wear it right below my nose because i have a hard time breathing and makes me dizzy, instant sore throat and instant headache as well by wearing it above my nose)
And so just for that time i put it above my nose, started walking around and the same person came up and said my son wasn’t able to be in there unless he had a mask on.. and i said last i heard the law was kids have to wear one ages 10 and up. He’s 3.. and they said they have their own rules and some go by the 2 and up and others go by the 10 and up. Long story short.. i wasn’t in there but 2 minutes.
Also.. I find it very weird you have to wear one to walk into a restaurant but once seated you can take it off. Put it on to get up and use the restroom, but can take it back off at your table. Some people claim Covid-19 as being airborne… so if thats the case then what’s the point of the mask, im sure those plastic dividers aren’t protecting you from everything either.
Nobody likes getting sick, rather its allergies, cold, flu, or now covid-19.
Sometimes i feel like someone is going to chase me out of the store with lysol spray if i accidentally cough or have a tickle in my throat. Have you ever actually coughed and noticed the crazy looks people give you. lol
I know people who have had covod-19, and some cases are bad and others say its vert mild.
My theory is keep your immune system strong, if your immune system is strong then its very unlikely you’ll get sick and not just by covid-19 but with any sickness/illness.
The company i am with we have so many products for basically everything and anything.
The key is to stay healthy and then have help by supplements and or vitamins to help with possible deficiencies.
Many fruits and vegetables, some meats and little to no sugar.
Everyone loves sugar, I, myself just recently made cookies and cake pops so i understand the sweet tooth.
I would really like to hear feedback on this post.
